Pondicherry University VC launches new logo for Alumni Viruksham

Prof. Prakash Babu, the esteemed Vice Chancellor of Pondicherry University, recently launched the new logo for Pondicherry Viruksham – the extended wing of Pondicherry Alumnus organisation. Aligned to its name, the logo showcases a giant tree, firmly planted in the ground to symbolise strength. As Prof. Prakash Babu put it, ‘It is a tree and not a plant. It is a strong tree that can withstand all natural calamities.’ This is a magnificent symbol for the alumnus of Pondicherry University, who symbolise the true strength of this institution.
