Documentary making workshops at Pondicherry University – 2013
Making a documentary film is by no means an easy feat. And it goes without saying that for beginners in film-making, proper training and guidance is very important. Taking this objective forward, Department of Electronic Media and Mass Communication, Pondicherry University conducted a series of workshops on documentary film-making for the students. The workshop was facilitated by experts in various fields, like Ajay Raina, Pankaj Rishi Kumar, and Suresh Rajamani.

The three documentary-making workshops at Pondicherry University were one better than the other. What makes them different from the usual workshops is that the experts were also working with the students and helping them achieve better results. And the result was eight five minute documentaries by the students of Department of Electronic Media and Mass Communication :
