Department of Performing Arts organized their fifth guest lecture series of the year from 7-11 October, 2013. The sessions and demonstrations were by Ms. Poojarini Chowdhury on ‘Body turning (purna parna) for actors through Ballet’. Another session was held by Dr. Nana Yaw Boaitey, Anthropologist, University of Texas at Austin, on ‘Concept of Speech in Folk Performances’ on 18 October, 2013.
