Ability Unlimited performs in Pondicherry

The world renowned Ability Unlimited Foundation performed in Pondicherry on 8 January at Lycee Francaise. Led by the ‘Father of Indian Therapeutic Theatre for persons with disabilities’, Guru Syed Salauddin Pasha, the breath-taking performances of the dancers, both on wheelchairs and otherwise won the audience’s heart at Pondicherry that night. They captured the attention of this small town. The performers of Ability Unlimited have been recognised nationally and internationally. They have been featured on tv shows like Indian idol, Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Amrita Film Awards, and dance programs like Dance India Dance. They were interviewed by Aamir Khan on his popular TV show Satyameva Jayate. They were also given a national award by former President of India, Pratibha Patil.
