Extension activities are also an integral part of the University\u2019s activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">The University\u2019s commitment to innovation in the field of education is reflected in several spheres. It is the first University in India to provide the students with choice of the elective courses they want to study in addition to the major subject area under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS).
