It prioritizes gynaecological health and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to statistics, 1.9 million stillbirths were globally reported last year, and maternal mortality was depicted by about 40% worldwide between the period of 2020-23. This is mainly due to the improvement in medical facilities. 23 million miscarriages, which is 15% of expected pregnancies, were reported globally in a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the campaign is to raise awareness about maternal and newborn survival and the need to prioritize women&#8217;s longer-term well-being and provide information regarding pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also emphasize the mental well-being of \u201cnew mothers\u201d and empower people to support them.
