All are welcome to attend the different sessions, which will be chaired by eminent personalities and experts from around the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">The seminar will be inaugurated on 28 January, 2014 at 6 pm in the evening.
